SBS Injection™ · SO₃ 제거 기술SBS Injection™ SO₃ removal
탈질설비(SCR)에서 누설된 암모니아가 배기가스의 SO₃와 반응하면 끈적한 ABS(중황산암모늄)이 생겨 공기예열기 차압이 올라가고, 공기예열기 수세정을 위한 발전 정지로 이어집니다. SBS Injection™은 공기예열기 또는 SCR 전단에 소량의 흡착제를 분무해 SO₃를 제거합니다.When ammonia slip from the SCR reacts with SO₃ in the flue gas, sticky ammonium bisulfate (ABS) forms, raising APH Differential Pressure and forcing outages for water washing APH. SBS Injection™ removes SO₃ by spraying a small amount of reagent upstream of the APH or SCR.
단순한 공정, 최소한의 흡착제Simple process, minimal reagent
분말 소다회를 온수에 녹인 투명 용액을 주입하므로 슬러리·고체 분사 방식에서 발생하는 막힘이나 그에 따른 별도 정비 부담이 없습니다. 발전소별 전산유체역학(CFD) 분석으로 흡착제 분사 랜스를 설계·배치합니다.Powdered soda ash is dissolved in hot water and injected as a clear solution, so there is none of the plugging, or the extra maintenance it brings, found with slurry or solid injection. Reagent injection lances are designed and placed for each plant using CFD flow modeling.
